It’s been a while since I posted a “What in the world?” picture. Here’s one I shot Wednesday. Not that tough I suspect. Leave your guesses in the comments.

Broadstone Enso Apartments

Yes, as you all surmised these are air conditioners. A whole lot of them.

They are being installed on top of the Broadstone Enso Apartments in Portland’s Pearl District. All 152 units, which range from about 560 sq. ft. to 1330 sq. ft., have walk-in closets, full-size washer/dryers, and their own air conditioner. This lucky guy (below) gets to solder every one of them.
